Deep Rest: ASMR Sound Healing in Headphones

This is not an ordinary concert. Usually, sound comes from the stage—here, it begins right in your ear. The entire session takes place in headphones: live instruments, voice and vocal harmonies are captured by sensitive microphones and binaural technology, creating a 3D sound space in the studio directly within your awareness. Whispers, instrument vibrations, improvisation in the moment—everything up close. A sense of presence that is not possible in an ordinary hall. The brain stops filtering out the outside world and starts listening. What you will experience: Sensory silence. Complete isolation from the city. Intimacy. The sound seems addressed directly to you. Deep calm. Within 15 minutes, the body switches into recovery mode. Memory foam mattresses, pillows and blankets await you in the studio. After the session—tea and a view of Riga Cathedral.
