When registering for the event (hereinafter, the “Event”), participants provide the Organizers with the following personal data: first name, last name, telephone number, and email address. By registering for the Event, participants confirm that they are choosing freely to attend and consent to the processing of their data to the extent, for the purposes, and for the period necessary to hold the Event.

The Organizers also inform participants that photographs and video recordings will be made during the Event. The resulting images and videos may be used on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. By attending the Event, participants agree that:
• they may be photographed and filmed;
• photographs and/or video recordings may be published on the social media platforms listed above.

Refund policy: Refunds are not available for this event. A paid admission place may be transferred to another person by notifying the Organizers.
