Kurzeme Business Forum 2026 | Who Will Work in Companies in 2035?

Who will work in Latvian companies in 2035—people, artificial intelligence or robots? Technological development and artificial intelligence are significantly changing the labour market, business models and the skills required. What will the companies of the future look like? How will people’s roles in the workplace change? How can companies, educational institutions and the public sector prepare for these changes?

We invite business representatives, representatives of educational and research institutions, students, public-sector professionals and others interested to take part in the Kurzeme Business Forum and COLOURS CoLab.

**8–9 December 2026 | COLOURS CoLab**
A two-day collaboration and co-creation event where participants will work together on current challenges, develop ideas and seek innovative solutions, fostering cooperation between businesses, universities, students and the public sector.

**Registration**
Participation in the events is free of charge; advance registration is required. The registration form allows you to choose to attend the Kurzeme Business Forum on 27 November, COLOURS CoLab on 8–9 December, or both events. Participation is available in person, while online participation is available according to the selected registration option.

The events are organised within the framework of the COLOURS European University Alliance, promoting cooperation between higher education institutions, businesses, the public sector and society.
