Rock and Organ: Ballads. Premiere | 21.11.26 (20:00)

There is rock music in which melody, rather than volume, takes centre stage. This time, ROCK AND ORGAN will reveal a different side: the programme will focus on famous ballads and pieces that have long since become rock classics. The organ will meet electric guitar, bass guitar, vocals and percussion. This combination will offer a fresh perspective on familiar music—from a lyrical, almost chamber-like sound to powerful climaxes from the full ensemble. The rock ballads will retain their recognisable character while gaining the breadth and depth of the organ’s sound. Concert duration: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. *The musicians are in the nave, by the altar.
