Rock and Organ: Ballads. Premiere | 20.11.26 (20:00)

There is rock music where melody, rather than volume, takes centre stage. This time, ROCK AND ORGAN will show a different side: the programme will feature famous ballads and pieces that have long been considered rock classics. The organ will meet electric guitar, bass guitar, vocals and percussion. This combination will allow familiar music to be rediscovered, from a lyrical, almost chamber-like sound to powerful climaxes from the full ensemble. The rock ballads will retain their recognisable character while gaining the breadth and depth of the organ’s sound. Concert duration: approximately 1 hour 20 minutes. *The musicians will be in the nave, by the altar.
