Deep Rest: ASMR Sound Healing with Headphones

This is not an ordinary concert. Usually, sound comes from the stage—here, it begins right in your ear. The entire session takes place through headphones: live instruments, voice and vocal harmonies are captured by sensitive microphones and binaural technology, creating a 3D sound space in the studio, right inside your awareness. Whispers, instrument vibrations, improvisation in the moment—all up close. A sense of presence that is impossible in a conventional hall. The brain stops filtering out the outside world and starts listening.

What you’ll experience: Sensory silence. Complete isolation from the city. Intimacy. The sound seems directed just at you. Deep calm. Within 15 minutes, the body shifts into recovery mode.

Memory foam mattresses, pillows and blankets await you in the studio. After the session: tea and a view of Riga Cathedral.
