Jens the Sweet Tooth — Children’s Show in Riga

“Teatr Sna” invites you to the show “Jens the Sweet Tooth.” 01.11.2026 at 10:00. An interactive show for children aged 3 to 8, based on Thorbjørn Egner’s story “Karius and Baktus.” Duration: 50 minutes. Venue: Stadia, Rīga, Ģertrudes iela 24.

A funny story about a serious subject, showing how important it is to take care of your teeth! A boy named Jens loves sweets but really doesn’t like brushing his teeth. One day, two mischievous troublemakers, Karius and Baktus, move into his teeth, ready to cause plenty of trouble.

At the show, children will learn how to brush their teeth properly and which foods are good for dental health; what a dentist does and why there is no need to be afraid of one; surprising facts about the teeth of people and animals; and, of course, how to keep rascals like Karius and Baktus from moving into our teeth!

After the show, children can take part in a workshop and make a “Happy Smile” craft—a colourful keepsake to remember the event.

To ensure every child receives attention and can participate, the audience is limited to 25 children plus adults.

Ticket price: 15 euros. Adults and children each need a separate ticket.
