Piip ja Tuut in the Gingerbread Kitchen

In the Gingerbread Kitchen: A performance in the style of a cooking show, introducing the history of gingerbread and the origins of exotic spices and local ingredients. There are tricks and songs, as there are in any kitchen, because food should be made in good spirits and at a lively pace. During the performance, real gingerbread dough is made before the audience’s eyes, and in the end the gingerbread is baked and ready to taste—unless it burns. This has happened a couple of times, when Piip ja Tuut got carried away having fun with the audience and only the smell of something burning reminded them that someone should keep an eye on the oven.
