Koit Toome and Karl-Erik Taukar: Christmas Concerts

Koit Toome and Karl-Erik Taukar “Christmas Concerts”

This Christmas season, Koit Toome and Karl-Erik Taukar meet on one stage—two much-loved Estonian artists, two distinctive musicians and two charismatic men, bringing together a warm holiday atmosphere, excellent music and entertaining stories.

For Koit Toome, this is his twentieth Christmas tour. Over the years, he has captivated audiences with his extraordinary voice, musicianship and emotional performances. Despite his long experience with Christmas concerts, he raises the bar even higher with every tour. As a professional musician, he wants each Christmas tour to be distinctive and different, and to offer every listener the joy of discovery. The songs performed are carefully selected, and audiences will also hear entirely new pieces written by Koit himself or in collaboration with other artists.

This December, Karl-Erik Taukar joins Koit on stage. Audiences love Taukar’s energy and charm, his captivating melodies and the distinctive ideas in his lyrics. He is a lively performer, and his easy rapport with the audience always brings a cheerful mood to his concerts.

When these two artists share a stage, the result is an entertaining evening where the festive spirit never becomes too serious and Christmas takes on a slightly different sound. Expect beloved songs as well as intriguing musical choices, beautiful duets, special arrangements and pieces that are not heard at every concert. The evening will, of course, also feature the men’s good humour and relaxed onstage conversation.

With Karl-Erik and Koit, you can be sure they are not just going through the motions: they will give their best in both the song selection and on stage, so that every guest leaves with a warm feeling and lasting memories.
