Conversation Disco: Kristina Birk-Vellemaa and Sten-Olle Moldau

In mid-November, Kristina Birk-Vellemaa’s third book, about sex education, will be published, and Sten-Olle Moldau will help launch it. Two friends meet at ankruSAAL and have a little chat about the newly published book. After the conversation, they’ll throw a dance party that ends at a n o r m a l hour. Expect a warm, friendly and hysterically serious conversation. Among other things, they’ll talk about how sex education is going, how to deal with discomfort, and how to talk about these things with your child even when it’s a bit difficult. They’ll also discuss whatever else people in the room want to talk about. After the conversation, it’s time to dance. That evening, Kristina will take to the decks as a DJ for the first time in her life (though Sten-Olle calls the job a collector, corrector, selector or something like that). It may also be the last time, so this is likely to be a very special evening. When buying a ticket, everyone attending can request one song, which the people behind the decks will play during the evening. So the dance music for the night will be made up of everyone’s musical choices. Come along, curious dancing queens and kings—and everyone else!
