Training Wednesday for Entrepreneurs: How Process Management Can Save Money

After the training, participants will understand:

Goals, metrics and processes — AI can help structure ideas, clarify goals and work through possible performance metrics.

Process mapping and AS-IS — AI can help quickly identify process steps, roles, information flows and areas needing clarification from a conversation or discussion.

Identifying bottlenecks and inefficiencies — AI can help analyse a mapped process and identify waiting, duplication, manual work and other potential problem areas.

Improving processes — together, participants can consider what would be sensible to simplify, standardise or automate, and where AI itself could support the process in future.

His training focuses on practical solutions that help reduce waste and use artificial intelligence and automation in day-to-day work to create real business value.
