Introduction
AI has moved from experimentation into everyday work: assistants write, analyse and increasingly act autonomously. The question for company leaders is no longer whether to try it, but where to start so the investment pays off—and how to bring the team along. In this practical workshop, we’ll identify the first pilot projects for your company and look at how to launch them. This time, the programme also includes success stories from specific Estonian companies: which processes they changed, what tools they use and what they gained.
The workshop is led by Portata.ai founder Lembit Loo.
Who it’s for
Entrepreneurs, board members and key people who have already tried an AI assistant (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or Copilot) themselves and want to move from individual experiments to company-wide use.
What to bring
You’re welcome to bring your own laptop so you can try the examples yourself during the practical session.
