Cabaret Evening with Tantsutrupp Lancy and Kaisa Ling

Join us for a sparkling cabaret evening on 7 November at Hestia Hotel Strand! The event takes place in Lahe Hall on the hotel’s 5th floor.

Performing on stage:
- Dancers from Tantsutrupp Lancy, presenting classic cabaret with spectacular feathers and theatrical character numbers, alongside contemporary, high-energy show numbers.
- Host and blues singer Kaisa Ling, whose natural manner, theatricality and warm humour create a unique atmosphere for the evening, with engaging music and witty interludes.

A three-course special menu from Strand Resto will be served during the evening:

**Starter: PÄHKLA FORELL**
Venus clam beurre blanc / fennel / lobster caviar / snow

**Main: LAMBAKARREE**
Oxtail croquette / buckwheat / padrón pepper / yellow pepper jam

**Dessert: ÕUNA-VANILLI SÜMFOONIA**
Pecan / green apple gel / bourbon vanilla ice cream

**VEGAN special menu:**

**Starter: SÜTEL GRILLITUD BAKLAŽAAN**
Pepper jam / cashew pesto / lentils

**Main: RÖSTITUD LILLKAPSAS**
White bean hummus / pickled grapes / crispy buckwheat

**Dessert: AHJUÕUN**
Oat caramel / pecan / green apple sorbet

A glass of sparkling wine will be served as a welcome drink. The evening begins at 19:00. Doors open at 18:30. Children aged 7 and over are welcome at the cabaret evening when accompanied by an adult.
