Herbal Liqueur-Making Workshop — 21 November

Join us for a hands-on workshop inspired by nature, where you’ll make a distinctive herbal liqueur using plants grown in the herb garden at Tamme talu. We’ll bring together natural materials and ingredients, tasting, crafting, and a relaxing time in a cosy setting. You’ll learn new things about the fascinating world of herbs, get hands-on, enjoy refreshments, and take home something personal that you’ve made yourself. This workshop is for adults only.

At the workshop, you’ll learn:
- how to create enticing flavour combinations with herbs;
- which dishes to pair with herbs;
- which herbs complement one another and go well with alcohol;
- how different herbs smell and taste.

With guidance from the host of Tamme talu’s herb garden, each participant will make a herbal liqueur with a unique flavour combination and decorate it as they wish. You can take home the product you make.

The workshop price includes:
- the herb garden host sharing her knowledge of the fascinating world of culinary herbs;
- materials and tools;
- a welcome drink, snacks featuring Tamme talu products, and tea or coffee;
- tasting plants suitable for making liqueur;
- a relaxing time in a cosy setting.
