International Organisations Career Day 2026

International Organisations Career Day brings international institutions from around the world to Tallinn to present career and internship opportunities and give participants first-hand information about recruitment processes and organisations’ expectations. The organisations include the UN and its agencies, EU institutions, NATO, the OECD and various international financial institutions.

For Estonia, Career Day is an opportunity to present international career opportunities to students, young professionals and experienced specialists. The event supports Estonia’s goal of increasing the representation of Estonians in international organisations and strengthening ties with international institutions.
