On the final evening of the season, attendees choose the topic. Bring a question that has been weighing on you and a thought you’d like to take into the summer. The conversation will be guided primarily by what the group members themselves bring, because no one knows better than you what might work for you. We can think things through together, share experiences, and hear what others have tried and why it worked for them. A mental health nurse and a peer support counsellor will also be part of the group and can contribute their knowledge to the conversation. You can share exactly as much as you feel comfortable with. The group is for adult women (18+) diagnosed with ADHD or currently undergoing the ADHD diagnostic process. Final meeting of the season. [See all meetings →]
