Let’s talk about how the menstrual cycle and hormones affect ADHD: why some weeks are harder, how to track your cycle, and what changes during pregnancy and after childbirth. The conversation will be guided mainly by what participants bring to the group, because no one knows better than you what might work for you. Still, we can think things through together, share experiences, and hear what others have tried and why it worked for them. A mental health nurse and peer support counsellor will also be part of the group and can contribute their knowledge to the conversation. You can share as much or as little as you feel comfortable with. The group is for adult women (18+) who have been diagnosed with ADHD or are currently undergoing the ADHD diagnostic process. Upcoming meetings: 18.02 · 11.03 · 01.04 · 22.04 · 13.05 · 03.06 [View all meetings →]
