Ayurvedic Spice Brunch with a Christmas Cookie Workshop

Could a brunch be one where there is plenty of flavour, yet nothing feels tight when you get up from the table? By following the natural logic of Ayurvedic principles and applying the law of least effort, a generous brunch can be just like that! Small but good! Spiced, but not hot at all! As you enjoy the brunch, I’ll introduce you to basic spices, spicy tips and personal stories from my extensive practical experience as an Ayurvedic culinary artist. Along the way, we’ll make a melt-in-your-mouth, healthy and nourishing Christmas cookie that won’t leave you feeling overly full! Practical inspiration for a Christmas gift, because the best gifts are always handmade, as we know, aren’t they?

The brunch will include:

Kaja is a culinary artist with a degree in engineering economics and an interest in gardening, as well as a concert organiser, tango DJ and dancer, yoga teacher and Ayurveda lecturer. She lived for many years in both Buenos Aires and Germany and has spent more than twenty years putting the ancient wisdom of Ayurveda into practical terms for today’s modern living environment. Ancient Ayurveda is the new biohacking! Nature’s brilliantly simple logic, and creating beauty and luxury in the best sense with the greatest ease at every level of life, are Kaja’s greatest sources of inspiration.
