Resource-Smart Business: Smart Water Use in Business

How can you reduce water consumption and waste? How can you manage water-related risks and dependencies? This is not a lecture but a practical seminar where you will review your company’s water use and risks and look for opportunities to make smarter choices.

At the training, you will gain knowledge and practical skills in:
- Resource efficiency: opportunities to improve water efficiency and save costs
- Risk management: reducing water-related business risks and dependencies
- Improving competitiveness: how more informed management of water issues can support your sales and strengthen your business
- Implementation and adoption: what needs to be ensured and changed in your company to put plans into action (engagement, awareness, motivation, supply chain)

You will assess the current state of water management and opportunities for development. To help with this, we will provide a good-practice checklist for your own analysis, as well as an initial or updated water-use reduction action plan with short- and long-term measures and indicators.
