Pärnu Museum – Pärnu’s story begins here

Pärnu Museum welcomes you! The museum’s new permanent exhibition, “Madonna and the Key. Manifesto and Bathing Cart,” takes visitors on a colorful journey through history, telling four unique stories about the region. Discover Pärnu’s past up close and firsthand in the permanent exhibition halls: “The Source of Our Story,” “A Tale of Two Cities,” “The Birth of the Nation State,” and “Summer Capital Pärnu.” A cozy children’s room and beloved storybook characters Nuuskur and Raimond the Herring make for an enjoyable visit for the whole family, introducing visitors to historical treasures as they explore the permanent exhibition. The new open storage area displays objects from the museum collection that visitors do not usually get to see.
