Pärnu Museum — Pärnu’s story begins here

Pärnu Museum welcomes visitors! The museum’s new permanent exhibition, “Madonna and the Key. Manifesto and Bathing Cart,” takes visitors on a colourful journey through history, telling four unique stories about the region. Discover Pärnu’s past up close in the permanent exhibition halls: “The Source of Our Story,” “The Story of Two Cities,” “The Birth of the Nation-State,” and “Summer Capital Pärnu.” A cosy children’s room and the delightful book characters Nuuskur and Raimond the herring make for an enjoyable visit for the whole family as they guide visitors through the exhibition’s historical treasures. The new open storage area showcases objects from the museum collection that visitors would not normally see. The gallery halls host changing exhibitions on a range of subjects, from history to art.
