How can energy awareness become a competitive advantage? The focus is on cost efficiency, resilience and sales arguments. This is not a lecture but a practical seminar where you will assess your company’s energy use and risks, and identify opportunities to make smarter choices.

At the seminar, you will gain knowledge and practical skills in:
- Resource efficiency: opportunities to improve energy efficiency and reduce costs.
- Risk management: reducing energy-related business risks and dependencies.
- Improving competitiveness: how more informed energy management can support your sales success and strengthen your business.
- Energy’s role in your company’s greenhouse gas emissions: how to provide banks and B2B clients with the CO2 data they require.
- Implementation: what your company needs to put in place and change to carry out its plans, including engagement, awareness, motivation and the supply chain.

You will assess the current state of energy management in your company and opportunities for development. To help, we will provide a checklist of good practices for you to use in your analysis. You will also prepare an initial or updated energy-saving action plan, with short- and long-term actions and measures.
