Export Blunders #2

Look out—things don’t always go smoothly! Exporting, like anything else, sometimes means stumbling into a few pitfalls. And so you don’t feel like you’re the only one it happens to, let us reassure you: it happens to the best of us. Making mistakes is nothing to be ashamed of; we learn from them—on 18 November at 18:00, from the experiences of fellow travellers.

Ekspordiapsud is a series of networking evenings for export professionals. Each time, we share amusing mishaps and some bigger setbacks that people in the field have encountered while working in foreign markets—an inevitable part of success, as we know. This time, two passionate export professionals with plenty of stories to tell will take the stage at Tallinna Ettevõtlusinkubaator. The conversations will be moderated by Timo Porval, founder of Turunduslabor and initiator of the Ekspordime podcast.

Between the juicy stories, we’ll leave time for Estonians’ undisputed favourite activity: talking to strangers. The evening aims to bring Estonia’s export professionals together so that, when entering foreign markets, no one has to lay the foundations all over again, but can instead ask for advice from those who have already built a house there.

Together with you, we’re creating a friendly community of export professionals where we can meet from time to time, speak honestly, laugh together, sometimes have a little moan, and ask for advice when needed.
