Tuesday Sound Journeys at Lulli Temple

Tuesday Sound Journeys at Lulli Temple are a place and space to pause the outside world and say to yourself—and only yourself—“hello!” We ask ourselves: How am I doing? What energises me and brings me joy, and what seems to be there but is not actually needed in our everyday lives? We keep what is needed and create more; whatever has run its course, we let go.

This life-affirming and supportive journey is created and held by Rael, whose focus and calling are to share knowledge of the New World and create a safe space for anchoring a new reality.

The 1.5-hour session includes:
* Short discussion circle: At the beginning of each sound journey, we set a specific intention for the journey together. We learn new vocabulary and ways of relating that the New World is creating around and within us.
* Sound journey (45 minutes): A state within high-frequency sounds.
* Integration and sharing: Time to become aware of, share, and let settle what we have experienced.

Dates and times (Tuesdays, 18:00–19:30):
NOVEMBER: 10.11 / 17.11
DECEMBER: 08.12 / 15.12
