Beer Museum Curiosity Day: Secrets and Treasures of the Malt Tower

What lies behind the walls of the historic malt tower, and what fascinating objects are kept in the museum’s treasure rooms? On 14 November, we invite curious visitors on a special discovery tour of the A. Le Coq Beer Museum! For Curiosity Day, we’ll open doors to places you don’t usually get to see during a museum visit.

A special guided tour of the historic malt tower awaits you. It is one of Tartu’s most distinctive industrial heritage gems. We’ll explore the history of this more than century-old building and peek into rooms where fascinating objects and stories from the past are hidden.

After the tower tour, you can explore the Beer Museum’s interactive permanent exhibition at your own pace, taking a journey through the history of beer and A. Le Coq’s more than 200-year story.
