Pärnu Museum – Pärnu’s story begins here

Pärnu Museum welcomes you! The museum’s new permanent exhibition, “Madonna and the Key. Manifesto and Bathing Cart,” takes visitors on a colorful journey through history, telling four unique stories about the region. Discover Pärnu’s past up close in the permanent exhibition halls: “The Source of Our Story,” “A Tale of Two Cities,” “The Birth of the Nation-State,” and “Summer Capital Pärnu.” A cozy children’s room and delightful book characters—the Sniffer and Raimond the Herring—make for an enjoyable visit for the whole family as they introduce visitors to treasures of history while exploring the exhibition. The new open storage area presents objects from the museum’s collection that visitors do not usually get to see.
