Pärnu Museum – Pärnu’s story begins here

Pärnu Museum welcomes you! The museum’s new permanent exhibition, “Madonna and the Key. Manifesto and Bathing Cart,” takes visitors on a colourful journey through history, telling four unique stories about the region. Discover Pärnu’s past up close in the permanent exhibition rooms: “The Source of Our Story,” “A Tale of Two Cities,” “The Birth of the Nation State,” and “Summer Capital Pärnu.” A cosy children’s room and delightful book characters Nuuskur and Raimond the Herring make for an enjoyable experience for the whole family as they introduce visitors to historical treasures during their adventures through the exhibition. The new open storage area displays objects from the museum collection that visitors do not usually get to see.
