AI Day: Practical AI Training in Tallinn

AI Day is a practical AI training day for entrepreneurs by aiagentuur.ee (Aifactory OÜ, Tartu): Thursday, 12 November 2026, at Hestia Hotel Europa in Tallinn. One place costs €399. You’ll build AI workers on your laptop that know your business. No programming skills are needed.

What you’ll take away by the end of the day

A second brain
One folder on your computer containing your services, prices, customers and tone of voice. All the workers use it, so AI answers from your business information, not the internet. Ask it anything.

Build it yourself, for your own business

Email worker
Reads emails and drafts replies in your tone and using your prices. You decide whether to send them.

Calendar worker
Checks what’s coming up and puts a brief on your desktop each morning: who you’re meeting, what the topic is and what to prepare.

Your own business-specific worker
Build, using a recipe, what your business needs most. We’ll help you at your table. We’ll show it on screen, and you’ll get a ready-made template.

All your marketing from video
Turn one video into posts, short clips and text for different channels, with scheduling.

Customer-finding worker
Finds businesses that fit your ideal customer profile from public sources, with an explanation of why they’re a match.

AI visibility worker
Tells you what to change so ChatGPT and other AI search tools can find your website and recommend you.

Website updates
Tell it what to change on your WordPress site, and AI will make the changes for you. You won’t need to search around in WordPress yourself.

Trainers: Heikki Mägi and Simo Luts.

Thursday, 12 November 2026, 10:00–17:00, at Hestia Hotel Europa, Paadi 5, Tallinn. There are 60 places. A place costs €399. For teams booking 3 or more places, each place costs €349. A 1:1 package, including an on-site visit to your company, costs €1,195. Aifactory OÜ is not VAT-registered, so these are final prices.

Bring a laptop (macOS or Windows) with its charger, a paid AI plan (for example, Claude Pro or ChatGPT Plus), and a Google account with Gmail and Calendar. For your second brain, bring your price list, service descriptions, FAQs and 5–10 sample emails, without personal data or confidential contracts. We’ll send the instructions one week before the training.
