Mini Cake Workshop

Come and enjoy a sweet evening at My Art Studios in Keila, where we’ll make so-called “pretty and tasty” mini cakes. With the instructor’s guidance, everyone will make five different little cakes to take home in a box. This time, we’ll make cakes based on carrot, almond flour and cookie mixture, with berry-curd, cream cheese, strawberry cream, salted caramel and chocolate toppings.

This is a great opportunity to learn how to make simple yet delicious desserts and decorate them, pick up useful tips from a professional pastry chef, spend a creative and fun evening, and take home treats you made yourself.

The workshop will be led by pastry chef Aliide Hints, who has a bakery named after her in Haapsalu.

Places are limited! All necessary equipment and ingredients are included in the price. Recipes are provided to take home. You may bring your own apron and indoor shoes if you wish.
