Tuesday Sound Journeys at Lulli Tempel

We all notice that our former lives and routines are changing. We feel an inner restlessness and know that we can no longer carry on as before—the effort has become too great. Many friendships, work relationships and familiar patterns no longer fulfil us as we need them to. Deep down, we feel ever more clearly that it is time to walk our own path. When we start thinking this through or try to put it into words, we cannot find the right words—sometimes it all even seems funny. But then the feeling returns. What exactly do I need? What is happening to me? Where does change begin? Where do the courage and the knowledge of how to move forward come from?

The answers are already within you. But for them to be expressed clearly, they need presence and time spent with yourself. They also need conscious clarification, conversation and sharing.

Tuesday Sound Journeys at Lulli Tempel can be simply a concert or a usual relaxation session. Above all, however, by your choice, they can be a consciously held space and a portal to yourself. Through high-frequency sounds, vibrations and silence, we open a path to clarity, peace and a higher level of consciousness. This awakening and supportive journey is created and held by Rael, whose focus and calling are to share knowledge of the New World and create a safe space for anchoring a new reality.

The 1.5-hour session includes:
* Short conversation circle: At the start of each sound journey, we set a specific intention for the journey together. We learn new vocabulary and ways of relating that the New World is creating around and within us.
* Sound journey (45 minutes): Being immersed in high-frequency sounds.
* Integration and sharing: Time to become aware of, share and absorb what you have experienced.
