About the hackathon
The aim of the hackathon is to bring together professionals from the technology and creative sectors to find solutions to challenges in film, multimedia and entertainment. Over 48 hours, participants will work in teams to develop innovative, practical and scalable solutions that support creative processes, make workflows more efficient and create new opportunities for the sector. Participants will develop their ideas into initial prototypes to test their vision. This is an important step before creating a real product and starting a business.
Who should participate?
We welcome professionals and anyone interested in film, multimedia, music, game development and other creative fields, as well as software developers, IT students, designers, sound specialists and entrepreneurs who want to combine creativity with technology. You can register individually or as a team. You don’t need to have a developed idea or an existing team—you can find collaborators and develop your ideas during the hackathon.
Throughout the event, participants will be guided by Estonian and international mentors, who will share their knowledge and experience in filmmaking, technology development and creative entrepreneurship.
Schedule:
Day 1, Friday, 6 November: 14:00–18:30
Day 2, Saturday, 7 November: 9:00–17:00
Day 3, Sunday, 8 November: 9:00–17:00
