Location: Online
Target audience: Production, quality and warehouse managers; supervisors, engineers and production team leaders

Workshop programme
1. How a large language model works and why it makes mistakes
2. Use cases and tools in production and quality management
3. Writing effective prompts and checking outputs (2 exercises)
4. Risks, data protection, ethics and the EU AI Act: what you may enter into a tool
5. Demos using sample factory data: a work instruction, root cause, weekly plan and production report
6. “Is this allowed?” exercise, checklist and feedback

Before the workshop: Choose one recurring task (a report, deviation or instruction) that you would like to simplify. You will need a computer and a stable internet connection; for the exercise, use an AI tool approved by your organisation or a free chatbot.

You will receive: Slides, sample files, prompt templates and a checklist.

Trainer: Raimond Makara — AI consultant and trainer (KoolitusAI OÜ), with over 10 years of management experience in logistics, retail and international operations.

The workshop is part of the Eesti.ai initiative “The Most AI-Savvy Nation.”
