Philosopher Artur Taivere Dissects the Riigikogu Electoral System: Part 1

Artur describes the existing Riigikogu electoral system, points out its major shortcomings and errors, and presents his first 20+ proposals for improving it so that it truly serves the people of Estonia rather than lining the pockets of the party elites in the Riigikogu. If there are people interested and the audience agrees, we may also do a 110-point IQ test on the electoral system. If no one is interested, it will be cancelled... (The 110-point IQ test is planned for the performance on 8 November.) At the end of the performance, there will be a separate half-hour for questions and answers on the topic. I’ll also share a few of my plans for the future, including upcoming performances, and answer your questions!
