TALLINN – Practical AI Workshop for Leaders

Adopting AI does not start with a tool, but with knowing how to identify where it can bring real value to an organisation. In this practical workshop, we will look at AI from a leader’s perspective: which tasks and processes it can support, how to assess the quality of its output, and which risks should be considered before adopting it.

In the workshop, you will:
- map a real work process or management task;
- try using AI on a practical task;
- explore how to assess the quality and reliability of the results;
- gain a clearer understanding of data protection, confidentiality and responsibility.

By the end of the workshop, you will have one concrete next step to try out with your team or organisation.

The workshop is led by Marika Juusu, a trainer in the practical use of AI who helps participants identify real work tasks for AI and make its use in everyday work more systematic, efficient and secure.
