Asylum with Oksana Jaakson!

In November, I’m offering you a fascinating programme: discover the secrets of Seewald Psychiatric Hospital! This unique historic complex stands on the former grounds of a manor and has an extraordinary history. What lies behind the green fence? What treatments for mental illness “worked” in the Middle Ages, and how were similar conditions treated in the last century? What was there—and what will be there—on Paldiski mnt.? We’ll answer these questions during a walk around the grounds of the former manor. NB! The tour takes place only on the clinic grounds; we do not enter the abandoned buildings! So, let’s meet on 14 November at 13:00 at Paldiski mnt. 52/2.
