AI can write advertising copy and create an image in a minute. But who owns the result? Is it okay to use a client’s materials, and what should you do if an image resembles someone else’s work? In this workshop, we’ll practise using AI safely in creative work and marketing to protect client data, copyright and reputation.
Who it’s for: office workers, creative professionals, designers, marketing specialists and managers.
Level: applied.
Format: two 90-minute sessions.
Part one: how AI generates text and images; uses in creative work and marketing; safe prompting.
Part two: checking results; copyright and client data; labelling and responsibility; the EU AI Act.
Each session includes two practical exercises.
After the workshop, you’ll be able to:
1. Distinguish which client and work materials may be provided to AI.
2. Write a creative prompt without sensitive information.
3. Check AI-generated text and images before publication.
4. Decide when to label content created with the help of AI.
Before the workshop: bring a smartphone or laptop and create an account with an AI tool such as ChatGPT, Copilot or Gemini. The free version is sufficient. Participation is free. During the second part of the workshop, we’ll ask you to complete a short feedback form.
The workshop is led by Konstantin Jallai, a master’s graduate in educational technology and a level 6 adult educator.
Time and place: 19.11.2026, 17:30–20:30, Viljandi Culture Academy, room 212, Posti 1, Viljandi.
