We once again welcome all HR enthusiasts who want to broaden their perspectives and find new ideas. This year, EHRS SUMMIT focuses on impactful leadership—because impact is not only about what we do, but also what we decide not to do, how we treat people, and the consequences of our choices.

EHRS SUMMIT is open to all enthusiasts interested in impactful leadership, as our speakers come from beyond the HR field. On stage, you’ll meet experts who bring different perspectives and share ideas you can apply in HR and more broadly in business and society.

EHRS SUMMIT was created to offer inspiration, knowledge, and practical tips for keeping people-focused and business-focused activities in balance and ready for the future. The event also offers a great opportunity to take a break, network, and exchange ideas with others interested in HR and leadership.

At the heart of the programme are 20-minute bursts of inspiration and knowledge, complemented by longer breaks for in-depth discussions, making new connections, and discovering solutions from our partners. This year, two practical masterclasses will take place during the long lunch break: one led by Irene Metsis and the other by Kaido Pajumaa. Please note: a VIP pass for the specific masterclass is required to take part.
