Women’s Gathering: Therapeutic Photography and Mental Health

We’re starting a new, lovely tradition at Tefo Studio: getting together with women at Tefo Studio in Põhjala Factory to talk about therapeutic photography, mental health, and everything in between. These gatherings are simply a chance to be, listen, exchange thoughts, and perhaps see things a little differently—both ourselves and the world around us. You can come out of curiosity and simply listen. You can join the conversation, ask questions, and share your thoughts. There’s no expectation that you should know or be able to do anything, or talk about yourself. Everyone can take part as much as feels right for them at the time. You can come alone—you might even meet new people here over time, with whom you can enjoy exchanging ideas. Or bring a friend or someone close to you and make it a pleasant time together. There’ll be a hot drink and a little something to go with it, and we’ll provide a cosy space where you can step away from the bustle of everyday life for a while. We want to keep these gatherings small and intimate, so each one has room for up to 15 people. The gathering is organised and the conversation facilitated by Erika Tuulik, who has completed photography studies at EKA AA and therapeutic photography studies at Robert Gordons University. Come and let’s be truly present together!
