Tartu Queer Cuddle Party (18+)

QUEER CUDDLE PARTY AT TARTU KOIDU KESKUS (18+) 🏳️‍🌈🏳️‍⚧️🤗 Sunday, 22 November 2026 🤗 16:00–20:00 (gathering at 15:45)

I’m happy to announce that, due to popular interest, Tartu’s first queer cuddle party will take place on 22 November! As people, we need touch to feel safe and supported. At the same time, most of us don’t get enough platonic touch. It can be especially difficult for queer and trans people to find safe spaces.

Inspired by Domme Thalia Heli’s cuddle parties, this is a non-sexual space for queer people and allies to practise setting boundaries, asking for what you need, and connecting with others without cisheteronormative social expectations. If you’re also neurodivergent, or usually find social interactions exhausting, this is a place where clear rules and consent support communication.

Tallinn’s cuddle party has been so popular that it regularly sells out, and participants in Tartu have expressed interest in a similar event there, so we’re expanding beyond Tallinn. Please spread the word, as we’d like to make the event monthly in Tartu too!

WHAT TO EXPECT

Introduction and somatic practice: settle into the space with an introductory circle and a somatic practice to connect with yourself and others.

Consent basics: we’ll go over what consent means and what to expect from the evening.

Cuddle time: a couple of hours of optional, non-sexual physical touch. You can cuddle in a group or one-to-one, or simply sit and chat.

Closing: a closing circle to wrap up the evening.

We’ll provide snacks and non-alcoholic drinks. Wear comfortable layers that you can remove if you get warm or add if you get cold.

Everything is voluntary, and you can change your mind at any time. If you just want to come, sit in a corner, eat snacks and watch, you’re welcome. There’s no expectation to do anything or be vulnerable before you’re ready.

This is an LGBTQIA+-only space, and allies are welcome too. Whether you’re trans, queer, or still finding your way, you belong here. Feel free to bring a friend, a soft toy, or something else that makes you feel supported!

The evening will be facilitated by Joelle Marcelle Antson, a queer and neurodivergent trans woman, somatic coach, bodyworker and professional domme. She’ll talk about the cuddle party’s rules and consent, and help us gently connect with our own bodies and those of others. The idea of bringing the event to Tartu came from queer parent Triinu Pajuri, who is organising the party with Joelle.

The event will be in English, unless all participants speak Estonian.

CANCELLATION POLICY

This is an event with limited capacity, and each ticket is a reserved place in our space. To prevent no-shows and respect the work involved in organising the event, I don’t offer monetary refunds. If you have a health-related or personal emergency, please get in touch. In that case, I can transfer your registration as credit toward the next event.
