Sten-Olle Concert

Sten-Olle is a singer, songwriter, multi-instrumentalist and composer from the tiny town of Rapla, where he is proud to still live today. His songs have been streamed more than a million times on digital platforms. He describes his music as “HD everyday life”: taking the smallest, most insignificant pieces of ordinary life and bringing them to people in song, as if under a microscope. He writes in his native Estonian, and the first thing that stands out in his songs is their profound yet clear, accessible lyricism. By contrast, the music is full of simple indie riffs and orchestral passages, keeping the whole thing easy to digest. Lately, jazz touches have been finding their way into the music, but Stennu says he carefully makes sure they don’t get too prominent. His latest album, “Kehv keha”, was released in October 2025 and received the title of Author Song Album of the Year. His previous album, “Rapla”, was nominated in the author song category at the 2022 Estonian Music Awards.
