This won’t be a lecture or a presentation. This conversation is about simple but essential steps. We want to take a much deeper look at why we create communities in the first place:

— How do you start a discussion club or Telegram channel from scratch?
— Where do you begin, and what comes next?
— Why create a space like this? What for, and why?
— What lies behind the desire to bring people together around ideas, conversation and shared interests?
— Is it a business, a community project or a form of self-expression?
— How do you find participants, speakers and interesting topics?
— How do you grow a community without losing its original purpose?
— Can you make money from it?
— What do you do when a project starts to take on a life of its own?

No embellishments, promises or ready-made formulas. We’ll talk about our own real-life experience: the first steps, mistakes, doubts, successful (and less successful) decisions, unexpected results, and why we do all this in the first place.

This is a chance to ask questions, disagree, share your experience and look for your own answers.

After the main event (20:30–22:00), there will be an afterparty. We’ll continue the conversation, get to know one another better, and talk about the future in 2027, new projects and the kind of community we want to build.
