The Estonian Museum of Architecture and the Government Office invite you to autumn architecture tours at the House of the Estonian Knighthood! The museum is continuing its tours of the building, which proved popular over the summer, and offering a rare opportunity to explore one of Toompea’s most distinguished historic buildings.
The upcoming autumn tours take place:
Monday, 19 October at 12:00 and 13:30
Monday, 2 November at 17:30 and 18:45
On the tour, we’ll discover the history and architecture of the House of the Estonian Knighthood, its restoration, and its present-day role as a representative building of the Estonian state. We’ll visit the stately halls and salons and hear stories about the building’s journey of more than 330 years, from the Üxkülls’ townhouse to a modern state representative building.
Ticket: €10
Duration: 1 hour
The doors open 10 minutes before the tour. A valid identity document is required to enter the building. The entrance is on Kohtu Street. When registering, please provide your full name and personal identification code (bring a valid identity document to the tour). The tour will take place if at least 12 people register.
