Tour of the Victoria Bastion Tunnels

The casemates of Victoria Bastion are tunnels built in the late 17th century. They now house a tourist attraction offering guided tours, escape games and various programmes. During the tour, you will learn about the history of Narva’s defence system, the role of the bastions in wartime and peacetime, the treasures that only a few daredevils ventured to seek, and the inhabitants of the bastions, whom you may even get a chance to meet! The temperature in the bastion casemates is 0°C in winter and 15°C in summer, so bring warm clothes in summer. Blankets are also provided to visitors during the tour. Visiting the casemates is not recommended for children under 5. It is also not recommended for people who fear enclosed spaces, have limited mobility, vestibular disorders or dizziness.
