SCHEDULE:

16:30 – Registration opens

17:45 – Sports games for children
Before the run, we will get the children moving together with the coaches! We will run, play, develop dexterity and coordination, and prepare for the run together.

17:45 – Running training for adults
Adults can train with a running coach while the children are supervised at the same time!

18:15 – Children’s runs begin
18:15 – Up to 4 years old: 500 m
18:25 – Ages 5–6: 500 m
18:30 – Ages 7–8: 1,000 m
18:35 – Ages 9–10: 1,000 m

No times are recorded and no ranking is established in the children’s runs. At the finish, participants receive a running passport, a sticker and a cucumber!

18:45 – 4 km adult run and health walk
Run against the clock or enjoy a pleasant evening outdoors!
