RÄÄGIME LASTEST PUBLIC TRAINING 05.10–30.11.2026
Räägime Lastest is an approach that strengthens parenting and prevents children’s mental health difficulties. The evidence-based approach, developed in Finland, aims to provide families with mental health support in order to prevent everyday obstacles from becoming problems.
An important part of Räägime Lastest is a conversation supporting parents and children. The conversation helps create an understanding of how the child is doing, how co-parenting is going, and how to cope with changes together.
Before purchasing a ticket for the training, we recommend completing the introductory e-learning module on the Räägime Lastest approach (it takes approximately one hour).
Training objective: The participant understands the foundations and methodology of Räägime Lastest and can use the Räägime Lastest approach when working with families.
Target group: Teachers and professionals working with children and families, in the fields of education, social services and healthcare.
Group size: 18–20 participants
Document issued upon completion: certificate
Language: Estonian
