The four-course tasting dinner will feature carefully selected exotic meats, complemented by thoughtful accompaniments and interesting flavour combinations. We will share practical tips on how to prepare different types of meat properly, which flavours to pair with them, and how to bring restaurant-quality experiences to your home kitchen. Markus’s menu features kangaroo fillet, partridge and roe deer. We will also introduce PROMO Cash&Carry’s exclusive and varied selection, offering the pleasure of discovery to professionals and gourmets alike.
