The production is inspired by Quentin Dupieux’s film *Yannick* (2023).

We arrive at the theatre, hoping for an evening performance that will refresh the spirit. The actors give it their best. Through their performance, they try to touch our hearts and answer important questions. But we feel that the production still does not speak well enough about what matters enough. We decide to intervene in the course of events.

Events unfold, with consequences for everyone: serious threats and friendly conversations, critical nuance and funny episodes, personal confessions and public statements.

Juhan Ulfsak’s debut production at Endla Teater combines comedy and drama. In his previous productions, Ulfsak has created stage worlds where the grotesque intertwines with existentialism, simple jokes and slowly moving horses. For his productions in recent years, Ulfsak has received the directing award several times.
