Pärnu Design Day 2026

On 14 November, DESIGN takes over Pärnu again! For the fourth time, Pärnu will become a design capital for one day in November. The city will fill with designers, creators, entrepreneurs, ideas and people who want to see the world from a slightly different angle. This year, we’re gathering around the table! Pärnu Design Day 2026 puts FOOD in the spotlight—but not only what ends up on our plates. We’ll look at food through the lens of design and ask how much of what we eat is consciously designed. How do you design a restaurant we want to return to again and again? When does food become art? How do space, atmosphere and presentation shape our experience of taste? What does food say about our identity and lifestyle? And how does what we eat ultimately shape us? At the heart of the day is Pärnu Design Day’s signature programme:
