What is it possible to agree on with a roomful of people? Kinoteater’s new production tries to set party-political preferences aside and take a fresh look, ahead of the elections, at what is going well in Estonia and what is not. Or can we even agree on what is going well and what is not? By sifting through experts’ ideas from various fields and adding our own—and yours—on the spot, we’ll try to put together our ideal programme. Whatever its size. With every audience, each time anew. One of a kind, democratic, playful.
What changes do you think are urgently needed right now? Will they even make it onto the agenda, or are they too “unsexy” to talk about before the elections? And what would you be willing to give up for them if you weren’t afraid of not being re-elected?
We’ll use smartphones for voting and actors for stage campaigning: Henrik Kalmet, Mari-Liis Lill, Riina Maidre, Laurits Muru (Tallinna Linnateater) or Robin Täpp (Teater Nuutrum). And the string quartet M4GNET.
The production is put together by Paavo Piik, Henrik Kalmet, Mari-Liis Lill, Teele Pärn (Eesti Draamateater), Kaur Saarepuu, Linda Mai Kari, Priidu Adlas and Rasmus Puur.
