Woman of the Year 2026 Gala

Some women’s influence extends beyond their day-to-day work and activities. They create new opportunities, advance their fields, bring people together, and inspire others through their courage, dedication, and example. On November 14, we will meet in Narva to recognize and celebrate these women. At a formal ceremony, the Estonian Association of Business and Professional Women (EENA) will present two important awards:
✨ Woman of the Year 2026
✨ Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2026

The tradition of recognizing the Woman of the Year began in 1993, and this year the title will be awarded for the 34th time. EENA has presented the Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year title since 2011; this year will mark the 16th award. Meet previous award recipients: https://bpw-estonia.ee/aasta-naine/

Over the years, women from many different fields have received these awards: entrepreneurs, cultural and educational figures, scientists, community leaders, and many others whose work, achievements, and influence have helped move Estonia forward. What matters is not the field, but the impact!

At this year’s gala, we will shine a spotlight on the 2026 nominees and their stories. The evening will culminate with the announcement of the Woman of the Year 2026 and Young Woman Entrepreneur of the Year 2026. We will also celebrate EENA’s 34th anniversary together. Recognizing women has been at the heart of our anniversary tradition for more than three decades.

We invite you to Narva, because outstanding women, their stories, and their influence can be found throughout Estonia, and the tradition of recognizing them should reach across the country too. The event is open to everyone interested—come alone or with a companion. Although women will take centre stage that evening, the celebration is for everyone!
